I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable, but I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness as I found the room door open with keys in it and dusty. The service, although generally friendly and accommodating, had a notable incident that made my son feel uncomfortable during breakfast. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly relaxing. However, having only a shower was a bit inconvenient. The service provided, from the leisure center staff to the dinner and breakfast servers, was exceptional. They even went out of their way to accommodate specific requests for a 6-year-old who loved Nutella, an 8-year-old who needed lots of ketchup, and us adults who enjoy simplicity done well. The location was vibrant and full of atmosphere, perfect for our visit to Galway. The dining experience was just okay with limited vegetarian options, and the facility was well-organized.
